Tonight, Nov. 18th is the last of the 9 weeks yoga session! What a great session it's been! Tonight we'll be wrappin it all up with "the Great Salutation", combining the Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation, and Triangle Warrier Mudra. My body, mind, spirit is so happy that the session has been so successful, and the UUSBHC is such a great place to work-out!
If you can't make it to yogaaah tonight, I'll see you in the spring, and we'll "do it all again"!
Until then, Breathe Deep, keep moving into deeper self-discovery , and make time for the most important person in your life..... YOU!

YOGAaaaah
Just wanted to mention that this weeks class, (class tonight at 5:45 p.m.) is about getting into the fascia of the muscle to "unwrinkle" those painful lil knots and wrinkles that are on the surface of the muscle....sometimes, the pain is not in the muscle, but in the fascia, so if we can release the fascia, then it's so easy to get into the muscle to release any muscle tension!

YOGAaaah
The yoga classes are into their 3rd week! My body is feeling so good, even though I took a flying fall on Saturday night.....my muscles were so loose and flexible that there was nothing that hurt except the knuckle of my little finger. I know it's because of the yoga I've been doing. Yoga sure has helped my body as it ages to stay toned and flexible. This class is open to anyone whether you've had no experioence, a little experience or alot! OMmmmmmmmmm
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45 p.m. and Wednesday morning at 9 a.m., held at the UUSBHC, 3912 Cedar Heights Dr., in Cedar Falls.

The Positive Movez classes are under-way! It was such a joy to hear the comments after last nights class, and this mornings. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to continue to share the love I have for "healing self through movement".

YOGAaaah classes starting up SOON!
The Positive Movez - YOGAaah classes are starting on Tuesday, Sept. 14 thru Thursday, Nov. 18. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45 - 7:15 p.m. and Wednesday morning from 9 til 10:30 a.m.
The cost for the classes varies on how often you intend to come. For unlimited classes during the 9 weeks the cost is $90. If you just plan on coming once a week, cost for 9 classes once a week is $54. If your not sure when you can come, but want to drop by when your available the cost is $8 per class. Hopefully this gives you options and economy.
My class style comes from teaching for the past 19 years. The format is easy for the beginner and if you've been doing yoga for awhile, it's good to move and breath and activate your healthy, healing energies! The classes focus on breath and moving in your body from a yoga perspective. Singlular moves and combinations of moves create a space for self to rejuvenate, move lymphatics, lengthen and strengthen the muscles, bones, and connective tissue! Hope to see you at class!
