The goal of yoga is to have a peaceful clear mind, in a sound healthy body. Positive Movez is the aspect of yoga which approaches this goal through the physical side of the individual. On the beginners' level in includes bodily postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and a technique of deep relaxation and integration. The postures work with the spine, making it supple and healthy, promoting increased blood circulation to all the organs, glands, and tissues, toning the endocrine glands.
Positive Movez may be practiced by people of any age or physical condition, even stiff, tense or flabby, as these negative conditions will leave by regular relaxed practice, In this case of chronic or acute illness, it is advisable to donwsult your doctor before commencing practice.
