Due to the busy training schedule and personal schedule I have this fall.... and some other situations with the place that I usually teach my classes, at the UUSBHC. There is no Positive Movez classes scheduled for fall.....I will be teaching again in the spring of 2012. Until then.... keep moving and stretching and breathing deep!

Yogaaah classes begin March 8
My spring, 2011 Positive Movez YOGAaah classes begins the first 6 week session on March 8, running thru April 14
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45 p.m .... Wednesday at 9 a.m.
Cost is based on how often you come to class...the more you come, the less it costs!
Unlimited classes: $60
Once a week: $36
Drop in: $8
The beautiful space at the UUSBHC, 3912 Cedar Heights Dr., Cedar Falls can accomadate about 14 'yogini'z". It's a great way to "be in your bady"!
